TOEFL (Test of English as A Foreign Language) |
It’s a test conducted for determining the English proficiency levels of non-native speakers that is valid for many countries, application to North American (US and Canadian) universities being the most important, with emphasis on North American English, a pre-requisite for undergraduate, post-graduate and doctorate programs of over 2004 universities and colleges. The test is also a criterion for many institutions in English-speaking countries and other countries’ governments and scholarship suppliers. Being a classic test until 1998, it is renamed as Computer Based Test (CBT) - (TOEFL).
At TOEFL courses, students take 120 hours of education, of which 80 hours of teacher-focused classes and 40 hours of lab classes with Turkish and native teachers. They can apply to the weekday or weekend courses, according to Level Assessment Test. |
