UK STUDENT VISA NECESSARY DOCUMENT LIST:
- A passport, valid for at least 6 months. (If applied to a longer course, your passport should be valid until the end of course.)
- Older passports, if any.
- Visa application fee
- Newly taken passport-sized photo (number depends on the country./ background must be white)

- Visa application form. (Abroad Time Overseas Education consultants shall help you filling in the forms.)
- Student acceptance letter: In this letter, number of class hours a week, where you stay while your studies, starting and ending dates of courses and the course fees are written. Abroad Time Overseas Education consultants shall help you for obtaining this document, doing the paperwork with the school.
- Diploma or student document: If graduated, a photocopy of diploma or temporary graduation document, if a student; a student document from the last few weeks, if taking a break from your school, a document stating you’re taking off on leave should be submitted.
- Training certificates and documents: A certificate if gone to a language school before, or a document stating your duration at the course, certificate and job training etc. documents if any.
- Military service deferment or demobilization documents
- (If married) Family documents: Marriage license, ID photocopies of your spouse or children.
- A letter from your working place stating you’re taking a leave for the course and will return to your work.
- A sponsor letter if your costs are covered by someone else
- Documents proving you can cover your costs:
You’ll have to prove that you have financial means to attend a school abroad without working. You should have cash savings in a bank account for at least 3 months. All your savings should belong to you or your family. The source of your savings is very important. The money received as loan will not be accepted.
- All real estate deeds belonging to you or your family. Car registrations (if any)
- Bank account books belonging to you and your family or an abstract of an account showing last 6-months
- A reference letter from the bank stating your balance.
- Credit card bills
- Family consent document from Notary public for students under 18.
If student or not working;
- (If your family works on wage) official document stating their duration of work and their duties, last 3 months payroll (if social insurance is applicable) social insurance registration document.
- (If your family is working for own) Photocopy of tax plate, list of authorized signatures, operating certificate, company establishment advert on the Trade Registry Gazette,
(if any) Official documents stating account activity of stock exchange, securities etc. and last balance.
(If married) payroll belonging to your spouse, (if any) deed and registration photocopies
If working;
- (If working on wage) official document stating your duration of work and your duties, last 3 months payroll (if social insurance is applicable) social insurance registration document.
- (If your family is working for own) Photocopy of tax plate, advert on the Trade Registry Gazette, chamber registration document, list of authorized signatures, operating certificate (if any) An official document from the bank stating your balance and abstract of the account showing last 6-months
(If married) payroll belonging to your spouse, (if any) deed and registration photocopies
(if any) Official documents stating account activity of stock exchange, securities etc. and last balance.
